What is Chevening?In case you need a reminder, Chevening offers successful applicants a fully funded scholarship to study for a master’s degree at one of the UK's leading universities. Chevening is the UK government’s flagship international scholarship programme, funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and partner organisations. Since 1983, Chevening has sought out scholars from around the world with outstanding potential to become future leaders in their home country. Who is eligible for Chevening?Before applying to Chevening, make sure you meet the following eligibility criteria:: ✔ Be a citizen of one of 160+ Chevening-eligible countries or territories. ✔ Hold an undergraduate degree. ✔ Have at least two years of work experience. ✔ Demonstrate outstanding future leadership potential. While all Cheveners have these characteristics in common, our scholars come from a hugely diverse range of backgrounds and fields, and we encourage candidates of any gender, age, religion or sexual orientation to apply.
